Cancellation Policy
Please notify at minimum 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the total miss service to be charged to the card on file, until payment has been received you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.
For late arrivals, please notify me as soon as possible if you’re running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment. This will result in 50% of the missed service being charged to the card on file, as it is now a cancellation, and must be paid before any future appointments.
